GBARNGA – Bong County Senator Prince Moye has warned lawmakers from the county against interfering in the operations of public institutions, regardless of their locations.
Sen. Moye asserted that such interference would face strong resistance from the Unity Party-led government as part of broader efforts to depoliticize public institutions across the country.
He emphasized that under this administration, public institutions would function without political interference or the fear of unjust dismissals.
“Under this President, all public institutions will be depoliticized. We will not tolerate any caucus member attempting to infiltrate or pressure professionals into compromising their standards for political gain,” Moye declared.
The senator urged government entities in the county to resist all forms of political intrusion that could hinder their ability to effectively carry out their duties.
He stressed that it is unacceptable for lawmakers to dictate how government institutions operate for personal gain and called on all public institutions in Bong County to remain steadfast against political interference.
Moye made the statement while breaking ground for the construction of a multipurpose town hall in SKT recently.
However, despite his calls to depoliticize government institutions, many public employees are often seen accompanying the senator at events he attends or organizes, raising concerns that they may still be operating under his influence.
