MONROVIA — Liberia’s own professional Mixed Martial Artist, Dwight Joseph, successfully defended his Bantamweight (135 lb) title in dominant fashion at California’s A1 Combat event on Friday, September 6, 2024.
Held at the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel in Sacramento, California, the reigning champion faced off against the tough Hawaiian challenger, Kale Moniz. Joseph, who first claimed the title on November 17, 2023, controlled almost every second of the bout, leaving no room for doubt.
His relentless performance culminated in a unanimous decision, with every judge scoring in his favor.
