Dolo was authorized by President Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr., Commander-in-Chief of the AFL.
Private First Class (PFC) Kerkula Rocheforte, who enlisted in 2015 and was last assigned to the AFL Engineer Battalion in Gbarnga, Bong County, was also discharged. PFC Rocheforte was found with 32 wraps of Kush drugs in the Barracks and tested positive for marijuana. His discharge was authorized by the Chief of Staff of the AFL.
